Cuervo Games

Overview: Cuervo Games was a touring competition and concert series that invited teams across the country to compete in crazy obstacle courses inspired by the Jose Cuervo tequila making process. The finale in Vegas featured a customized obstacle course built around the Palms Hotel Pool. As the lead producer my job was to oversee a team and manage all elements of the experience including design and build of all the competition elements, onboarding vendors responsible for touring the assets across the country, contracting talent for performances in each city, overseeing marketing materials and syncing with CP+Bs digital team
